Personal Coaching

Serious about your triathlon goals? Whether you’re beginner or elite, personal coaching is the best way to make the most of your training. DZ Head Coach Mike Coughlin and Associate Coaches Brad Walker and Mike Mahoney will be happy to tailor a training program specific to you. Whether you’re new to the sport or going for a big goal race, next to determination your coach is your single best ticket to success.

Personal Training

Did you know that DZ coaches also provide personal training? Sometimes the best way to improve is personal, one-on-one, triathlon-specific training. Talk to your DZ coach or email us about personal training options.
